Four ways to work with us.

Build something new, replace something old, get an independent verdict, or add a senior engineer to your team. Every engagement starts with a written scope and a fixed price.

01 · BUILD

A working system, not a clickable prototype.

Custom software is a system built around how your business actually works, rather than a rented tool you work around. We build it when a spreadsheet, a stack of SaaS tools or a manual process is holding the business back.

  • Product or platform€12,0003–6 weeks
  • Website€2,5001–3 weeks
  • AI agent for a workflow€6,0002–4 weeks
  • Integration€3,5001–3 weeks

You get: login and roles, admin screens, email, tests against a real database, deployment to your cloud, the code and every key.

Small tasks and fixes: €70/hour, from 2 hours, or a fixed quote.

02 · MODERNISE

Swap the engine while the car is moving.

Legacy modernisation is replacing an ageing system the business depends on with a new one built beside it. We move across module by module: a 15-step production migration we ran lost no data.

Plan a replacement

How a replacement runs

  1. 1Map what the old system really does
  2. 2Build the new one beside it
  3. 3Rehearse the data move on a copy
  4. 4Switch over, with a way back
  5. 5Retire the old one

03 · REVIEW

Know what you are buying, or shipping.

Technical due diligence is an independent examination of a system's code, architecture, data, infrastructure and operational risk before you buy or invest. Every review ends in a written report, ranked by risk, with what to fix first.

Code review and security audit

Before you launch, raise money or hand code to a new team.

Technical due diligence

A platform sold as 220k lines: 122 of 125 tables were empty. The buyer knew before signing.

from €2,500 · 1 week

RFP and tender responses

The technical half of your bid: architecture, estimates, risks, compliance.

from €1,200 · 2–5 days

04 · EMBED

A senior engineer on your backlog.

An embedded engineer is a senior engineer who joins your team and works to your priorities, as one of your own, for as long as you need. They work in your tools and repository, bring the AI build and review pipeline and report progress weekly. Stop with two weeks' notice.

€4,000 / week

Billed weekly, no minimum term.
