Privacy policy
The short version: we collect only what you type into the call booking form or the contact form, keep it in the EU, use it only to reply to you and to prepare for and hold a call, and delete it after 24 months or sooner if you ask. We count visits with Google Analytics, which you can turn off; there are no advertising pixels.

01Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is AFKzona Group, an individual activity (individuali veikla) registered in Lithuania. For anything about your data, write to info@afkzonagroup.lt.
02What we collect
Only what you send us when you book a call or write to us through the contact form:
- your name, email address and, optionally, your company;
- the topic you picked and your message (optional when booking a call);
- for a call, the time you picked and your time zone (so we show and confirm the time correctly);
- for a message, the page you opened the contact form from;
- optionally, the project estimate you made on the pricing page, if you carried it into the booking form.
03What we don't collect
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, so we can improve the site. It sets its own cookies (named _ga) and Google processes the data under its terms. You can turn it off with “Turn off” on the notice or at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; after that nothing from Google loads and its cookies are removed. We don't run advertising pixels and we don't build profiles of individual visitors.
Our web server keeps short technical logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) to keep the site running and secure. They are not used to identify or follow visitors.
04Why we use it, and on what legal basis
We use your request only to reply to you, arrange a call and prepare for it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). We don't use it for marketing and we don't sell or share it.
05Where it is stored
Requests are stored in our own PostgreSQL database on a server in the EU (Amazon Web Services, eu-central-1 region, Frankfurt, Germany).
When you send the form, a notification email and a reply are sent through our transactional email provider, within the EU/EEA or under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
06Who processes it for us
These providers act only on our instructions, under data processing agreements:
- Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL: hosting and database, EU (Frankfurt).
- Our transactional email provider: sending emails, within the EU/EEA or under Standard Contractual Clauses.
07How long we keep it
24 months from your last message, then it is deleted. If we sign an agreement with you, the records needed for that agreement are kept for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your request earlier at any time.
08Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- send it to you or another company in a machine-readable format.
09How to use them
Email info@afkzonagroup.lt. We reply within one month, usually much sooner. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Lithuanian supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt), or to the authority in the EU country where you live.
10Changes
If what we collect or where it goes changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
