Website terms
These terms cover your use of this website. The work we do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement, never by this page.

01Who we are
This site is run by AFKzona Group, an individual activity (individuali veikla) registered in Lithuania. Contact: info@afkzonagroup.lt.
02The content is informational
We describe our services, past work and process as accurately as we can, and the durations shown come from our own git history. The content is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.
03Prices are orientation, not offers
Prices on this site, including the "from" prices and the estimator, show where a typical project starts. They are not an offer and don't create a contract. The binding price is the fixed price in a written scope that both sides sign.
04Engagements run under a written agreement
Every project, audit or response is carried out under a separate written agreement that sets out scope, price, dates, payment milestones, confidentiality and ownership of the code. If that agreement and this page differ, the agreement applies.
05Sending us a request
Booking a call doesn't commit either side to anything. Please don't send confidential material through it. If you need to share something sensitive before a call, ask and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement first.
06Intellectual property
The text, design and the AFKzona mark on this site belong to us. Product screenshots show our own work, or are used with the owner's permission. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a link back.
07Links to other sites
We link to some live products and public sources. We are not responsible for the content of sites we don't run.
08Liability
We keep the site accurate and available but can't promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by relying on the site's general content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Lithuanian or EU law, including your rights as a consumer.
09Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking. If that fails, it goes to the competent courts of Lithuania, unless consumer law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
