How we count
- 1Hours a year = items a month × 12 × minutes each ÷ 60.
- 2Value a year = hours × hourly cost × the share of that kind of work that can be automated: data processing 69 %, data collection 64 %, customer interactions 20 %, expert judgement 18 % (McKinsey Global Institute, 2017).
- 3Readiness (0–100) averages how rule-based the work is (processing 100, collection 85, interactions 55, expertise 35) with how ready the inputs are (in a system 100, emails and PDFs 65, scattered 30). That scale is ours.
- 4Processes are ranked by value × readiness: a big process that is not ready sits below a smaller one you could start on now. 75+ is „automate now“, 55–74 „pilot first“.
- 5The starting volumes are our typical figures for a company of 20–50 people in your sector; the hourly cost is Eurostat's 2025 Lithuanian labour cost for the sector.
