Load planning that starts from the email

An example freight forwarder in Kaunas: an AI assistant reads the evening's orders and asks the dispatcher about anything unclear, the pallets go into the trucks, and the routes with arrival times are drawn on the map. Mark an order urgent or move it, and the plan works itself out again.

The assistant reads this email after the ones before it.

What the assistant will do
  1. Recognise the client and their past orders
  2. Mark the addresses, pallets, weight and time
  3. Score its confidence in every field
  4. Ask the dispatcher about anything unclear; the rest goes into the plan

The company, clients, drivers and addresses are invented. The AI assistant's work in this example is acted out with prepared data. Distances are typical road kilometres; prices are typical for Lithuanian hauliers in 2026.
